What happens after you send it
Leland or Geoff reads every message and calls you back to ask a few questions: how old the roof or the room is, what you have noticed and when. If a visit makes sense, we set a time that works for you. If it does not, we tell you that on the phone and save you the wait.
After the visit you get a written scope and a price. Nothing starts until you say so.
How fast will someone call me back?
Leland or Geoff calls back as soon as they are off the roof or out of the meeting. If it is urgent, call instead of writing.
Can I send photos before you come out?
Yes. Photos of a ceiling stain, a damaged slope or the room you want changed help us show up with the right questions and the right ladder.
What should I have ready?
Photos help, especially of a ceiling stain or storm damage. So does knowing roughly how old the roof is and whether your HOA has rules about materials or colors.
Will you meet my insurance adjuster?
Yes, if you want us there. We document what we find on the roof, and what your policy pays stays between you and your carrier.
